We have come to the unfortunate decision to postpone the 1st Annual Harmony & Hops Festival. This event was scheduled to to take place on Friday September 15th.
We made this decision with our fair-goers and performers in mind. Due to the barrage of mosquitos that have recently infested our community, we feel our entertainers, breweries, and guests would be unable to properly enjoy the evening as planned.
A new date will be announced once determined.
The Remainder of the weekend will go on as planned, with opening ceremonies taking place this Friday at 7:00pm inside the Rec Centre, as well as the truck & tractor pull Saturday at 6:00pm and the demolition derby on Sunday at 2:00pm.
We suggest that fair-goers are prepared to protect yourselves with bug spray or mosquito stickers, as unfortunately we cannot promise a lower mosquito population by Saturday.
